Write a letter to your 100-year-old self.
Living too long is a risk too. That is what I have learnt from the field of Insurance. I lived a life less ordinary. Been there done that kind.
Have I done enough to live this long. Celebrating 100 years of life is no what I will be bothered by. Could I return or repay all that I have received in kind, love, generosity, compassion and knowledge?
That is the thought that will undoubtedly be nerve-wracking for me. My constant worry about ”Am I contributing enough to the world around me?” will have a trembling effect on my fragile self.
What legacy have I left for the next generation? This is another area where I will have serious thoughts.
It will be a cardinal sin to waste my ’Now-Time’ on Me-Time. Because at 100, I have no time left for another inning.
